Process

To ensure the short-term and long-term success of any design or planning project, Dunbar/Jones first meets with the client to review process, scope, and schedule and to identify membership of a steering committee that works with the client and the Dunbar/Jones professionals to guide the planning and design process through to presentation of the final product.  The public and stakeholders are integrated as partners in the planning process through workshop/charrette participation opportunities.  Our extensive experience, exceptional facilitation skills, and comprehensive planning and design knowledge provide the foundation from which we can work with you to develop a product that is responsive to your needs, representative of the public and stakeholders, and plays a significant role in the future of the project.

With the active participation of our clients, we have helped to create positive, meaningful, and lasting solutions to planning and design issues.  The input process we utilize enables stakeholders and the public to experience a sense of ownership in the final product and share in the success.
